Sandycroft’s commitment to the environment and sustainability as a whole naturally extends to delivering projects that meet the world’s foremost environmental assessment method and rating system for buildings. Recent schemes are being delivered to meet ‘BREEAM Excellent’ providing buildings that achieve insulation and energy performance levels far outstripping those required by Building Regulations.

As a result of this commitment we have had to completely review our construction practices, reducing waste, using sustainable materials and installing PVs, wind turbines and other renewable energy sources in order to provide buildings with low running costs for clients with an eye to the future of their businesses and the planet.
